Tony & I are delighted and extremely happy with our ensuite and main bathroom renovations. Working with the vanities that we had chosen to be installed, the bathrooms were designed to enhance both colour and style of the vanity material. The attention to matching the tile both in size and layout really have made such a difference in making both rooms feel very functional and yet more like spas. We thank Summit Design and Construction for their attention to detail and the way in which the crew made easy to live through the renovation process. We have had much positive feedback from friends who have seen both rooms.

…nothing short of fun and exciting

My experience with Summit Design was nothing short of fun and exciting. Zoë wasted no time with presenting me with her ideas and creations for each room. Decorating a small house with two large and very active dogs was the biggest challenge. Careful consideration went into furniture choices and placement offering functionality and practicality. The end result was awesome!!!! I love my house!!

Summit gave us a fabulous new kitchen

Paul Lucyk of Summit Construction gave us a fabulous new kitchen. They did everything for the kitchen renovation from design and lay-out, to selection and installation of all our products (cabinets, countertops, sink, faucets…). They put in all the lighting and also oversaw the flooring and painting being done. Paul was able to do exactly what we wanted, which was having one person in charge and responsible for the whole job, and for us to not have to deal with several contractors. This kept our job flowing very smoothly.

Paul was very professional and ensured that all proper permits were obtained. Our kitchen was a big job as far as removing bulkhead, opening up doorways, and putting an opening/window in a wall. For what was being done, Paul was extremely neat and tidy and did his best to keep our household from being too disrupted. We are VERY pleased with the job that Paul and Summit Construction did and we absolutely love our new kitchen!!!!

Just a quick note to thank you for the awesome job that you did on our basement. It took us a long time to make the decision to do it, but I’m glad that we did as it was well worth the wait. We absolutely love it. We were very impressed with the way you took our thoughts and came back with a plan that worked even better. It showed the experience you’ve acquired over the years and made us feel very comfortable with moving forward. Your attention to detail is truly amazing and I look forward to you helping us out with our next project in the near future.
